Setting up the industrial subsidary in Algeria for the french company Acroplast Marine.

Result : manufacturing of fishing boats in Algeria.

Coups d’laques (FR) – Spain

For the french company Coups d’laques, after a thorough review of several potential foreign suppliers, I successfully selected the spanish marble transformation company Surogran International

Result : Surogran International became the new supplier for marble tiles.

Seroba (FR) – Usa / Canada

Implemented the financial and legal processes to create subsidiaries in Usa and Canada to provide services for their american and canadian client’s facilities.

Result : design, building and launch of 2 factories in the Usa and 1 factory in Canada

Billon (FR) – Ukraine

Organized a commercial tour in Ukraine to meet potential buyers

Result : Distribution contracts signed between the french company and 3 ukrainian companies

Labelys (FR) USA – Canada

Conducted a market study to implement the local registration of Labelys’s products with local authorities (FDA and CFIA)

Result : Registration of the products with the FDA and CFIA adminsitration

ATIC (FR) – Russia

Organizing the meeting of Atic with the brigade of Siberian firefighters for the demonstration of its products

Result : Purchasing contract signed with the brigade to supply them with water backpacks
